Royal Jordanian, the national carrier of Jordan, was first airborne in 1963 and christened Alia. Four decades later, Royal Jordanian is the epitome of luxury, safety and convenience in air travel. In a highly competitive industry, Royal Jordanian is recognised for its innovative strategies and policies and consequently efficient and reliable service.

Royal Jordanian’s fleet is constantly being upgraded and expanded to meet the growing demand for its world-class service. It has gradually phased out the five A310s and replaced them with more modern and larger aircraft. Four long-haul A340s now take you direct and non-stop all the way to New York, Chicago and Bangkok. Five A320s and A321s operate on short and medium-haul destinations while two A310 freighters are now dedicated to cargo.

In our 40 years of operation, Royal Jordanian has developed an extensive network of destinations, stopovers and connections. With the recent addition of new routes to Aleppo, Barcelona and Khartoum, Royal Jordanian can take you to over 50 destinations in the Middle East, Europe, North America, the Far East and Asia.
