Substitutions & Cancellations
All cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee of £180. Cancellations must be received in writing 60 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after that date. Any cancellations received after this date will be issued a letter of credit to attend a future Iraq Development Program event. Letters of credit may be applied to the original registration or another member of your organisation for 12 months following the exhibition and will be issued at the original registration rate. All requests for letters of credit must be received no later than the last day of the conference. No letters of credit will be issued after this date. Substitutions may be sent at any time. This applies to paid attendees only and does not include sponsors and exhibitors.
Accommodation
Upon submission of your booking confirmation, we will send you details of recommended hotels. This includes rates exclusive to the Iraq Development Program.
Important Note
Payment must be made at the time of the booking. This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the Iraq Development Program to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled International Procurement Services will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.This order constitutes a binding commitment with the conference and exhibition organiser and is subject to the full terms and conditions available on request
