The airline, which operates two daily flights to Baghdad, halted its flights into the country on Sunday. A source from the airline told The Jordan Times that the national carrier's flights to Baghdad had resumed after receiving the go-ahead from the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA) late Tuesday.
According to the source, the three-day RJ flight suspension prompted the national carrier to introduce a third flight yesterday to absorb passenger demand. RJ was the first airline to resume flights to Baghdad following the fall of the country's previous regime.
