Dr Bearyawn Mosleh Abdul Kareem al-Khailani, the Ministry Undersecretary for Scientific Affairs, said that the conference will be held in London later this year. All British universities presidents, UNESCO, UN agencies and other specialist world sides' representatives will attend the conference, as well as presidents of the Iraqi universities.
She indicated that the aim behind holding the conference is to ensure biggest world support and solidarity for higher education and scientific research sector which suffered from big deterioration in opposite to the world development.
