"Kurdish Agriculture Minister Abdul Aziz Taib signed an agreement with agriculture minister in Murcia province Anthony Serda," the agriculture ministry said in a statement.
"The agreement, to enter into force in the next few days, envisages transferring technology and experiences from Murcia province to Kurdistan through sending experts to Spain or training Kurdish staffs from the agriculture Ministry in Murcia in many fields such as glass houses, fodder, production planes, atmosphere," the statement explained.
