Ovcharov discussed the Iraq issue with the ambassadors of Palestine, Algeria, Morocco, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Libya, Kuwait and Sudan.
“We have the interest and willingness to participate in joint projects for the rehabilitation of Iraq,” Ovcharov said. “Bulgaria firmly supports the independence, sovereignty, union and territorial integrity of Iraq,” he added.
The Economy Minister expressed hope that the process of employing and educating Iraqi security forces will be as quick as possible and they will soon take the full responsibility of protecting the country security.
