$42 million being spent on improved infrastructure

A total of $42 million will be used to establish the infrastructure of southern Iraq's routes through coordinating efforts between Iraqi and international organizations, the Multi-National Force (MNF) said, according to reports.

In a release, the MNF explained that the current state of the 25,000-mile of routes is very primitive, urging the need to establish a complex road-network for the new Iraq.
