Health Investment Seminar
24-25 January 2009
Dubai, UAE
In partnership with the Ministry of Health of the Government of The Republic of Iraq, we are proud to announce the Health Investment Seminar.
With a substantial increase in Central Government budgets, the spotlight has turned on the Iraqi healthcare system. Plans are now underway for complete modernisation, including the expansion of healthcare facilities, investment in high quality equipment, a large procurement programme and advances in facility management and human resource development.
Iraq was the leader in healthcare in the Middle East and now under the Health Minister, HE Dr Saleh Al-Hasnawi there is a clear direction and determination to restore Iraq’s healthcare system to its rightful place.

"We decided to sponsor the Iraq Development Program “Investing in Iraq” organised in Dubai in order to get a better understanding of the potential for future investments as Iraq starts to rebuild. The event proved to be a very good venue to meet high level Iraq government officials and other businesses to explore opportunities in Iraq."
ArcelorMittal
"A first-rate well managed conference run by people that understand the importance of providing special opportunities for participants to meet privately with key actors and have a unique ability to structure the program to maximise such opportunities. Still more impressive was the ability to attract and deliver key decision makers at a very difficult time."
