Please email info@developmentprogram.org with the names of the individuals travelling to the summit, their nationalities and your company name.

Contact the reservations department of the hotel you are staying at in the UAE and ask for the person responsible for Government visas.

The hotel will require their documentation to be completed and returned with the Iraq Development Program letter of support, along with other documentation requested by the hotel including a copy of your passport and credit card.

The hotel will take a "guarantee payment" of 6,000 AED per person as surety that the individual leaves the country. This will not be charged unless the individual fails to leave the country.

The cost of a visa is 400 AED or for urgent requests 500 AED.
